Burnham was engaged by a law firm to testify on behalf of its client, a public Information Technology Equipment Manufacturer, regarding a fee dispute with its client’s investment bank.

Burnham served as an Expert Witness and provided litigation support services to a graphic arts firm rescued and recapitalized by a well-known private equity firm that has been challenged with a right-of-appraisal action claiming that the private equity company had not offered its shareholders fair value.

For an extended period, Burnham served the Joint Defense Committee in a high profile securities litigation dispute.

We also served as expert witness for a major southeastern bank that was involved in a dispute with a private company for whom it had arranged a significant equity infusion.

Burnham was engaged by a peer investment bank to testify on its behalf regarding a fee dispute with the peer bank's client.
