The independent general partners of Technology Funding Inc., a general partner of publicly-traded limited partnerships, engaged Burnham to conduct a valuation of three portfolio companies in the biotechnology and medical device industries. Upon completion, Burnham was further engaged by TFI to conduct a private sale of the shares of these companies. The results of Burnham's endeavors demonstrated the reality of our valuations.
