Managing Director
Randolph Guggenheimer, Jr., Managing Director, is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School. He practiced law and subsequently joined Advest, Inc., a regional investment banking firm. He was a director of Advest, Inc. and its NYSE-listed parent, Advest Group. While at Advest he headed the corporate finance, syndicate, unit trust and tax shelter departments. Mr. Guggenheimer was a director of Simmons Outdoor, a Nasdaq-listed company until it was acquired by Blount. He is a Governor of The Bond Club of New York and has served on numerous Securities Industry Association committees. He joined Burnham Securities in 1998 as a Managing Director in the corporate finance department.
