Richard Lewisohn, III, Senior Managing Director, has a career as an investment banker that has spanned over thirty years. During his tenure at Burnham, Mr. Lewisohn has been actively engaged in all facets of corporate finance: private placements, merger and acquisition advisory, fairness opinions, public offerings, merchant banking, restructurings and recapitalizations. His transactional range extends from early stage companies to initiating, negotiating, structuring and financing acquisitions for seasoned publicly-traded entities. Mr. Lewisohn has served on the boards of several publicly-traded corporations and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Securities Industry Association (New York District) and lectures at various professional functions.
