Analyst
Peter Li joined the Burnham team in 2007. Prior to Burnham, Mr. Li was an Analyst with Glocap Advisors, where he was responsible for the execution of transactions across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, basic materials, and retail. Mr. Li began his career in the Sponsor Coverage and Gaming Lodging & Leisure Groups at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). In that capacity, he advised clients in the U.S. and Canada on a variety of transactions including buy-side and sell-side representations in public and private domains, debt refinancing, and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Li received a B.A. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
