Associate – Corporate Finance
Christopher Novak has previously served as a corporate valuation Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Standard & Poor's. While there he worked closely with senior executives of firms in the manufacturing, technology, and telecommunication sectors, assisting them through various M&A and capital market activities. He also has additional specialty M&A and corporate finance experience with an international investment bank focused on the middle market. Mr. Novak received a B.S. from the University of Arizona.
