Transaction: Burnham raised $14.5 million in growth capital for this institutional pharmacy services and software company. Prior to Burnham’s engagement, the Company had been funded by friends and family. However, in order to achieve management’s goals of national expansion and an eventual IPO, it needed institutional investors.
